Hello, my name's Martina. Some months ago, one of my friend sent me a email about a diet pill that had helped him lose 7 pounds in 14 days.
(This is not a solicited lemonade diet review, all opinions are mine based on my own experience.)

Here are some info that I found about lemonade diet:
1) It's the modified version of original lemonade diet. The original diet required drinking a mixture of lemons, cayenne pepper and maple syrup for 10 days. Now the newest lemonade diet available in pill form which have all the good ingredients from the original lemonade juice and they give you a meal plan and easy to follow exercise routine.
2) The lemonade diet is not a starvation diet, it’s a liquid fast designed primarily to cleanse the body of toxicity. The syrup supplies all the nutrients required and while there may be some hunger for the first couple of days (Psychological) that soon goes away.
3) When the fast is actually done, there should be no weakness due to undernourishment. Sometimes there are effects as toxins are released from the body, but perhaps this is preferable to storing them?
4) The body does not get “pissed off” if you don’t feed it. You only have one brain, and it’s the brain that decides to put food in the mouth or not. The body is a mechanism that functions according to signals from that brain. If the brain does not believe it is in starvation mode (or pretend it is in order to break the diet) then the body doesn’t ‘think’ this either.
5) There is no pill form of the lemonade diet that allows for eating solid food. The whole point is to curtail solid food in order for the digestive system to cease digesting and start eliminating.
6) The lemonade diet has gained popularity as a weight loss program as well as a cleansing fast because they both occur simultaneously. Typical weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds/day, and many folks reduce the syrup intake to provide significantly more loss.
At first my main concern was for the program price. I am very careful spending money on the internet as most companies just take your money and give you a terrible product and will defiantly refuse you a refund by using tricky legal terms as a cover.
I only went ahead with the purchase because it had being highly recommended by one of my friend and he was so thrilled by the results that he wanted me to try it. And I am glad I did. Just read on.

My Progress with lemonade diet:
I have to confess, when first know about the lemonade diet, I was really skeptical.
They suggest doing the 14 day system once every 2 months which sounds reasonable to me. It’s easy to follow.
It was hard and yes I was craby for the first few days.
The first two days are the most challenging – the lemon and syrup supply the nutrients you need.
Around day 4 I did get light headed but what do you expect when you are only drinking lemonaide.
Just finished the 14 day diet and lost about 8 pounds.

This new version of the lemonade diet is a lot safer and works much better. I lost 8 pounds and feel much healthier.
I did the 14 day system a couple of weeks ago now and after losing that 8 pounds I haven’t put any weight back on and next time I do the 14 day system I should lose more weight.
Even as I write I am anxious to jump ahead of myself and start screaming, YES, IT WORKS!
